Tropical Storm Kiyapo kills 3 victims

MANILA, Philippines — Three individuals died from the effects of Tropical Storm Kiyapo (international name Noul), said the National Disaster Risk Reduction Management Council (NDRRMC) on Sunday. According to the NDRRMC in its latest situation report, one of the deaths occurred in Davao, while the other two happened in Sarangani.
