MANILA, Philippines โ The Quezon City Police District (QCPD) on Saturday said that it is stepping up its investigation into a viral โgas-and-runโ incident involving a motorist who fled without paying for a full tank of diesel in Quezon City. The QCPD reported that the incident, now being treated as an estafa case, took place around 12:35 a.m. on March 22 at a gasoline station in Barangay Apolonio Samson.
