CALASIAO, PANGASINAN, Philippines โ The provincial government of La Union recognized outstanding local government units (LGUs) for their exemplary disaster preparedness and emergency response through the inaugural Resilience and Emergency in Disaster: Sustainable and Ecologically Adaptive LGUs (RED SEAL) Award.
