ILIGAN CITY, Philippines โ The Philippine Army has started the assessment of polling precincts in the second district of Lanao del Sur for the historic parliamentary elections in the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM), a military official said on Sunday. Brig. Gen.
