Agoo town in La Union converts fiesta spending into fuel subsidy

CALASIAO, PANGASINAN, Philippines — The town of Agoo, in La Union province scaled down its celebration of the “21st Agoo Dinengdeng Festival and Patronal Town Fiesta” in May amid the current energy crisis.
